Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 package of hash brown potatoes (shredded, not patties)
    1 cup of grated cheddar cheese
    1 can of cream of mushroom soup
    1 can of milk
    500 grams of sole fillets (any white fish will do)
    2 cups of Arctic Garden Spaghetti vegetables (or any other frozen vegetables- better if they have onions though)
    3 cloves of garlic crushed or garlic powder
    Salt and pepper to taste
    Pam Cooking Spray

Directions

Preheat oven to 375
Spray a 9x13 pan with Pam
Combine all ingredients in pan
Bake for 20 minutes. Stir everything together, break up the fish, bake for another 20 minutes.
Let sit for 5-10 minutes before serving so that the sauce thickens
