Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    2 lb. Beef steak, cut into thin strips
    1/3 cup white all purpose flour
    1/2 of a green pepper, cut into strips
    1/2 of a red pepper, cut into strips
    1/2 of a medium sized white onion, cut into strips
    2 cups of water
    3 Tblsp. Kikkoman Lite Soy Sauce
    1/4 tsp. California Style garlic salt (for less sodium use garlic cloves)

Directions

Cut meat into thin sliced strips. Dust with flour. Brown in saucepan sprayed with olive oil cooking spray. Add peppers and onions that are cut into strips. One the vegetables have cooked for a minute or two, add the water, soy sauce, and garlic. Let simmer for five to ten minutes. It makes 6 -1/2 cup servings, and we like it best served over brown rice.
