Introduction

Great salad anytime!! When it's too hot to cook indoors head out to the grill and make this salad! Great salad anytime!! When it's too hot to cook indoors head out to the grill and make this salad!

Ingredients

    One Romaine Heart slice length wise in half
    1.5 Tbs Extra Light Olive Oil
    1Tbs Grated Parmesan Cheese
    1 oz Reduced Fat Feta Cheese
    2 slices of red onion (sliced very, very thin)
    1 Tomato sliced very thin
    1Tbs Balsamic Vingear

Directions

Wash and slice Romaine length wise and dry as much as possible.
Heat grill to low/medium heat. Drizzle olive oil into both halves of romaine, let sit 2-3 minutes then place face down onto grill. Cook 2-3 minutes then turn over and allow to cook for additional 2-3 minutes. Remove from grill and sprinkle w/ parmesan and feta cheese, top w/ red onion, tomato and balsamic vinegar and enjoy!!
