    400 gm buffalo meat grounded
    1 cup onion , chopped
    0.5 cup green ( bell ) pepper chopped
    0.25 cup parsley chopped
    1 tsp salt
    1 dash black pepper


mix all gradients and left it 10 minutes at fridge to have taste
then spread all mix at oven pan
preheat oven to 250 c
put the pan on the direct low fire ( not oven ) untill meat no longer red
then put it into oven untill being brown
hint :
you can make the mix as balls or long fingers instead off spread
