Ingredients

    1 Cup Whole Wheat Flour
    1 Cup Unbleached All Purpose Flour
    1/4 Cup Carob Powder
    1/4 Cup Flaxseed Ground
    1 Tbsp Flaxseed Ground (mixed w/ 3 Tbsp water-replaces egg)
    1/2 Cup Splenda
    1/2 tsp Salt Substitute
    2 tsp Baking Powder
    3 Ripe Bananas Mashed
    1/2 Cup Unsweetened Applesauce
    1/4 Cup 1% Milk
    1/4 tsp Vanilla


Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Mix 1 Tbsp of Flaxseed with 3 Tbsp of Water and set aside.

Mix all dry ingredients. Add bananas, applesauce, milk, and vanilla. Add flaxseed mixed with water.

Fill muffin tins (sprayed with Pam) half full.

Bake for 20 mins. Remove from tins immediately.

Makes 16 muffins.
