Ingredients

    2 lbs. Beef Bottom Round trimmed of all visible fat, ground
    .5 cup Best of the egg - egg substitute
    .5 cup Onion, chopped
    2 Garlic cloves, minced
    .33 cup Green bell pepper, chopped
    1 tsp. salt
    .25 tsp Black pepper
    1 tsp. Dry mustard
    .25 cup non-fat milk
    .25 cup catsup
    2 Tbsp. Prepared Horseradish
    1 cup Quick oats
    2 Tbsp. KC Masterpiece Barbecue Sauce

Directions

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
In a large bowl mix the egg subtitute with the ground beef and blend well together. In a medium bowl mix together all the other ingredients EXCEPT the barbecue sauce. Mix the ingredients in the medium bowl with the meat mixture, form into the shape of a loaf and place in a loaf pan or on a cookie sheet lined with foil. Spread the barbecue sauce evenly on top and cook for 50 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes and serve.
