Ingredients

1Large Sweet potato
Mrs Dash Extra Spicy Mix (to taste)
Brown Sugar 1/8 cup
Olive Oil, 1/2 tbsp
Directions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees
1. Peel sweet potato and cut to finger size fries
2. Boil fries for about 3 minutes (til out side is slightly soften) and drain dry
3. Spray Pam on cookie sheet pan to prevent sticking
4. Place single layer of fries on cookie sheet pan and sprinkle olive oil, couple dashes of Mrs dash, and brown sugar over the top of fries. (you may find it easier to mix in oil, dash ,sugar and fries in a bowl before placing in plan)
5. Bake for 15 min and flip. Bake until edges begin to turn brown.
