This recipe was given to me by NoMoreFoolin and my kids loved it. I just typed it up, so I could see the nutritional contents.

Ingredients

    1 lb chicken breasts cut into 1" strips
    2 TBS -light margarine spread
    1 Cup-crushed cheese crackers or any type of crackers

Directions

Cut chicken into strips

Melt butter and dip each strip into the butter and then coat in the crackers. Bake at 375 for 15-20 minutes or until juices run clear.
