Ingredients

    2 t unsweetened cocoa powder
    1 t chili powder
    1/2 t ground cumin
    1/2 t dried oregano leaves, crushed
    1/4 t salt
    1 (8 oz) can tomoato sauce
    1/4 C finely chopped onion
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    4 skinless, boness chicken breast halves
    1 (4 1/2 oz) can diced mild green chilies
    3 C hot cooked rice
    Chopped fresh tomatoes for garnish if desired

Directions

1. In 1 1/2 quart microwave-safe casserole, combine cocoa powder, chili powder, cumin, oregano and salt.
2. Stir in tomato sauce, onion and garlic
3. Covered with lid or vented with plastic wrap, microwave on Full Power for 2-3 minutes or until mixture is bubbly around the edges, stirring once.
4. Rinse chicken; pat dry. Cut into bite-size strips.
5. Stir chicken and chilies into tomato sauce mixture.
6. Cover; cook on Full Power 8-10 minutes or until chicken is tender and no longer pinkm stirring every 2-3 minutes.
7, Serve over hot cooked rice.
8. Garnish with chopped fresh tomatoes, if desired.
