Ingredients

2 1/2 c. Peaches, sliced
2 c. Blackberries, frozen (unsweetened)
1/4 c. Granulated Sugar
1 T. Cornstarch
1 tsp. ground nutmeg
2 c. Bisquik Heartsmart Pancake and Baking Mix
1/2 c. Plain Soy Milk
3 T. 50/50 butter blend Smart Balance
2 T. Brown Sugar, packed
Directions
Heat oven to 375. Lightly butter bottom and sides of 2-quart casserole.
Mix peaches, berries, granulated sugar, cornstarch and nutmeg in large bowl. Let stand ten minutes. Spoon into casserole.
Stir together remaining ingredients until dough forms. Drop dough by spoonfuls onto fruit mixture.
Bake 25-30 minutes or until fruit is bubbly and topping is deep golden brown and thoroughly baked.
