Ingredients

    1 lb 80/20 lean ground beef
    1 packet Old ElPaso Mild Taco Seasoning Mix
    2/3 cup water

Directions

In a large skillet brown the ground beef until it is no longer pink. Drain it using a strainer and paper towels. Then rinse it by holding the strainer under hot running water for a few seconds. Return the meat to the pan and add the water and seasoning packet, following the directions on the packet. This recipe yields approximately 12.5 oz taco meat or 6 (2 oz). servings.
