Introduction

I randomly created this when a craving for cheesecake struck and I did not feel like paying $5 for a single slice of Sara Lee at the grocery store. This is why I lose weight slowly. :) Oreo Crust, Peanut Butter Layer, Reese's mixed in the cheesecake, and Hershey bar on top. Ingredients

    7 Oreos
    1.5T Brummel and Brown
    8 oz 1/3 less fat cream cheese
    .5 c sugar
    1t vanilla
    1 egg
    2 Reese's cups
    1 Hershey Bar
    2T Peanut Butter

Directions

Crush the oreos in a food processor (or a Ziploc bag with a hammer). Mix with melted Brummel and Brown, press into a small loaf pan (3x8?)
Mix cream cheese (softened), sugar, and vanilla. Once creamy beat in egg. Coarsely chop Reese's and stir in the cheesecake mixture. Spread the peanut butter over the crust layer, then spread the cheesecake layer. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes (gas oven).

Break Hershey bar along the natural breaks and arrange on cheesecake. Spread once it has melted a bit.

Makes 8 servings.
