I love these, still warm, with my fresh Pico de Gallo on them. They are so easy and quick, just make one tortilla and enjoy immediately.The nutritional info for this is based on the Santa Fe Whole Wheat Tortillas (I get them from Sams), if you use a different one you will need to re-calculate. 1 whole wheat tortilla (8 inch)
Pam
Sea Salt
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
Spray pam onto the tortilla (a 1 second spray per side) and grind a little salt onto each side.
Use a pizza cutter to cut the tortilla into wedges (I do this right on my baking sheet)
Bake at 350 for 8 minutes, flip each chip, bake for an additional 2 minutes or until lightly browned.
