Ingredients

    2 eggs...beaten
    1 oz cream cheese...beaten and blended with eggs
    1-3 dashes of cinnamon
    1/2 tsp of vanilla
    1 tsp splenda



Directions

Mix everything up really good. Put it in a microwave safe container/bowl. Cook on high for about 2 minutes...give or take 10seconds.

    It tastes okay, but the texture is as issue for my husband. It's more like cinnamon flavored scrambled eggs than a danish. - 6/25/16

    Please note that unless you have a microwave from the 1980's, DON'T microwave this for 2 minutes or you'll end up with a frisbee! Microwave for 30 seconds and then take it out and scramble with a fork, put it back and microwave for another 30 seconds. It's done when it's all puffy. - 1/8/14
