    Very Good
This is a very good mayo recipe with a few tweaks. Firstly, use extra light tasting olive oil. Secondly, you can use an immersion blender instead and just dump everything in & blend. Also, instead of regular vinegar use lemon juice or apple cider vinegar and I use dijon mustard. - 1/30/17

    O.K.
I ended up making it into a salad dressing, not a good mayo.
    Dry mustard or yellow?
