Introduction

Energy bars, great to use on long runs. Energy bars, great to use on long runs.
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1 cup dates
    1/4 cup almonds
    1/4 cup blueberries
    1/4 cup cocoa/carob powder
    1/4 cup ground flaxseed
    1/4 cup hemp seeds or hemp protein
    1/4 cup sesame seeds
    1 tsp lemon juice
    1/2 cup frozen blueberries

Directions

Mix everything in a food processor except the 1/2 cup frozen blueberries. Add those last when everything else is mixed. Makes 12 bars. Either roll into balls or flatten into balls and keep in the freezer. I dehydrate them overnight, but you don't have to.
