Ingredients

    1 Small container Fat Free Cool Whip
    Large Box Fat Free Sugar Free Pudding Prepared
    1.5 Cups Grape Nuts Cereal

Directions

Prepare Pudding, Mix in Whipped topping and grapenuts. Refrigerate overnight or a few hours. This is still good if you can't wait for the grapenuts to soften.
1 serving is 1 cup.
