    These were really good and super easy to make. This was my first ever flax recipe and I am pleasantly surprised. They kind of reminded me of french toast. I will definitely make these often! I am also anxious to try Aggie's idea as a sandwich bread too. - 9/4/10

    Very Good
    This is the first time I make pancakes with flaxseed. I barely cook and I found this recipe surprisingly easy. I did add a bit of milk to control the batter's consistency. I also added mashed bananas and Amaranthus. Pancakes were light fluffy and delicious. Highly recommended - 2/1/15

    I've added a couple tsp of milk to make it a bit fluffier. Also, does anyone know how to scale this recipe, e.g. If I wanted to make 4 pancakes at once? - 3/23/13
