Introduction

Easy to make, and obscenely delicious. I bake it in mini-souffle cups ( the paper ones, like your butter comes in at a pancake restaurant ) for portion control. Good warm or chilled the next day. Ingredients

    6.4 oz. of good quality semi-sweet chocolate
    4 T. butter
    2 eggs
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    pinch of salt

Directions

Melt butter, chocolate, and vanilla in a double broiler or a bowl set on top of a sauce pan of simmering water making sure water does not touch bowl stirring frequently. Whisk eggs and a pinch of salt with an electric mixer until tripled in size. Fold chocolate mixture into egg mixture until fully encorporated. Pour into mini-souffle cups on a cookie sheet. Bake at 375 for about 12 minutes. Top with whipped cream or powdered sugar if desired.
