Ingredients

    Kellogg's All-Bran Cereal, 3 cup
    Boiling Water, 1 cup
    Applesauce, unsweetened, 1/2 cup
    Nutrasweet Equal, 1 cup
    Egg, fresh, 2 extra large
    Buttermilk, lowfat, 2 cups
    *Whole Wheat Flour, 2 1/4 cup
    Baking Soda, 2 1/2 tsp
    Salt, 1 tsp
    Whey Protein Powder, 2 Scoops @ 21g/Scoop

Directions

Makes Approx 36 Muffins

1. Pour 1 cup of cereal in bowl
2. Pour boiling water over cereal above and let stand
3. Mix remainder of cereal with applesauce, equal, eggs, and buttermilk.
4. In a seperate bowl sift flour, baking soda, salt, and whey protein
5. Combine all of the above
6. Bake desired amount at 400 degrees for 18 minutes
7. Covered batter will keep in refrigerator 2-3 weeks
