Ingredients

1 cup butter
1 1/2 cups white sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar (not packed)
1 Tbsp Molasses
2 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
2 cups all purpose flour
2 tsp cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
2 cups oatmeal
2/3 cup raisins (not packed)
1 cup chopped nuts (optional, but add 1/3 cup more raisins)
Directions
Makes 60 cookies (maybe more if you make smaller)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Bake the pans for 12 minutes (switch pans from top to bottom and vice versa at 6 minutes)
Directions:
Cream together butter and sugars. Add eggs, molasses and vanilla until incorporated. In separate bowl, combine flour, cinnamon, soda and salt. Gradually add to creamed mixture. Stir in oats, raisins and nuts.
Drop by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet.
