Ingredients
-
8-10 large eggs
1 cup milk (I use skim)
Half a bag Oreida frozen hash browns (or ~3 cups)
2 lbs (yes, 2 lbs) of Cheddar Cheese. You can do all sharp, all mild, or a mixture
1 lb Jimmy Dean Maple Sausage
Directions
(If serving the same day) Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Cook the sausage in a skillet. Layer frozen hash browns evenly on bottom of 13x9" pan. Cover hash browns with 1/2 of the cheese. Once sausage has browned, sprinkle the sausage even over cheese and hash browns. Cover sausage with the rest of the cheese. Mix eggs, milk, and salt & pepper to taste in a separate bowl. Scoop egg mixture evenly over dish until gone.
From here you can either cover and put in the refrigerator over night or cook right away. Add 10 minutes to the cook time if you refrigerated it.
Cook for 35-40 minutes in the oven.
