Ingredients

Cookie Dough of your choice
Various Fruits
1/2 container or less if you choose of Icing
3TBSP Fruit preserves
1/2 TBSP water
Directions
Makes 18 squares
Spread 1/2 a tube of cookie dough into a pizza pan with an edge. Cook for 23mins or until cooked through.
While cookie is cooking slice fruit into thin slices and set to the side.
When the crust is done cooking cool on a wire rack. While its cooling prepare glaze for fruit.
Put preserves and water in pot and bring to a boil. Then quickly brush onto fruit to keep it from turning brown.
When crust is cool spread a thin layer of icing onto the cookie. Lastly spread fruit in a festive manner around the crust and enjoy! :)
**WARNING** It does not last for more than a couple days. Make sure it's eaten quickly or else the fruit will make the cookie crust into a cookie mush.
