Ingredients

    Swanson 50% Less Sodium, Fat-free Beef Broth (1 cup = 1 serving), 1 serving
    Boneless Pork Sirloin Roast (4 oz = 1 serving), 16 serving
    Cattleman’s Classic Barbecue Sauce (2 TBS = 1 serving), 6 serving
    1 medium vidalia onion, 1 serving

Directions

Slice onion and place in crockpot with 1 cup Swanson Beef Broth, Cattleman's Barbecue sauce, and Pork Roast.
Cook on HIGH for three (3) hours, then simmer on LOW for another three (3) hours.
Serve on buns, in tortillas, or over tortilla chips.
Will make 16 single servings.
