    Cabbage, fresh, sm head shredded 595g
    Carrots, raw,shredded 180g
    Garlic, 0.25 cup
    Onions, raw, medium chopped 200g
    Sm Potatoes 1.5 lb w/skin quartered, 680g
    Beets 2 (15oz) cans with liquid
    Tomato Paste, 1 can (6 oz)
    Beans, black 1 (15 oz can) rinsed,
    Beans, red kidney, 1 (26 oz) can rinsed
    Black-eyed peas 1(15 oz ) can rinsed
    Contadina Crushed Tomato w/ basil, 28 oz can
    Celery - 2stalks
    Beef Neck bone for soup

Directions

Throw all in large stock pot bring to a boil then simmer a few hours
