Ingredients

    1 large head of cauliflower - steamed
    3 hard boiled eggs
    1/2 cup mayonnaise
    1.5 cups chopped onions
    salt
    pepper
    celery salt

Directions

Makes approximately 12 servings of 1/2 cup

Steam one large head of cauliflower and hard boil 3 eggs. Cut cauliflower into bite-size pieces and place into a large bowl. Chop up the eggs and add to it. Add chopped onions. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and celery salt, thoroughly stirring in the seasonings. Add in the mayonnaise and stir.
