1 Tb lemon juice
8 oz. Fit & Active Neufchatel Cream Cheese
7 large plain or honey Graham Crackers
1 small box Fat Free Sugar Free Pudding, Vanilla
1 cup Milk, nonfat
1 can of prepared Apple filling (sugar free)
1/2 tub Lite Whipped topping
Directions
This is so simple you'll wonder why you didn't think of it!
Simply put the cream cheese into a bolw and whip until smooth add milk and mix together. When completely mixed add the instant sugar free pudding mix and continue to whip. When all combined mix in lemon to taste.
Line a 11 X 13 pan with the graham crackers. Lay them downa nd break so they fit, completely covering the bottom of the pan. Then spoon the mix ontp the graham crackers and spread evenly. The next layer is the prepared pie filling ( any flavor you prefer). When spread evenly add the whipped topping on top.
Cover and refrigerate 24 hours so the graham crackers will soften.
