Quick recipe in the blender for eggnog. Uses ricemilk and perfect sweet(xylitol) so is Candida friendly. (Dairy free, gluten free, sugar free)

Ingredients

    2 eggs (organic, medium)
    560ml Organic Rice Milk (2 1/3 cups)
    1 tsp Vanilla Essence
    Dash Ground Nutmeg
    Dash Ground Cinnamon

Directions

Put the eggs in the blender and mix them for a few seconds until beaten.

Add the remaining ingredients and mix for a few more seconds until well blended. Pour into glasses.

Sprinkle with extra cinnamon & nutmeg for presentation.
