    2 c. shredded cheddar or swiss cheese
    1 can cream of mushroom soup

Directions

Layer ingredients in order listed. Put crockpot on low for 8-10 hrs. or high for 5 hrs.

    There are not enough words in the English language to describe how incredibly delicious this recipe is...and so easy! I used left over ham from Easter and shallots instead of onions, low fat cream of mushroom soup and 2% cheddar. Yummy! - 4/3/13

    Sunday dinner is in the making as i type this! I have smoked turkey legs in water on stove to boil,will let cool then will take off skin and de-bone,then add to the above recipe.Really looking forward to a confort food that is so easy to prepare. All i have to do is fix a yummy green salad!! - 1/9/10

    Very Good
    My husband loved it. Instead of cream of mushroom soup I used a can of cream corn and layered the corn, cubed potatoes and cheese then baked it in the oven. Will make again and again. - 12/12/08
