Introduction

This is a Middle Eastern Fish Stew. You can serve over rice or pasta as you'd like. I like it most over RICE!

Ingredients

    Olive Oil, 3 tbsp
    Garlic, 2 cloves (Minced)
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 3 plum tomato (Chopped)
    Green Peppers 1.5 cup, chopped
    Celery, raw, 1 cup, diced
    Tomato Sauce, 1 cup
    Cilantro, raw, 32 tbsp
    Mushrooms, fresh, 15 small
    Canned Tomatoes, 2 cup
    Parsley, dried, 1 tsp
    Basil, 1 tsp
    Beef Consome 125 ml - 1/2 cup, .15 cup
    Oregano, ground, 1 tbsp
    Curry powder, .5 tsp
    **Kuwaiti Spices (this wasn't on the ingredient list and I couldn't find nutritional values, I'm sure you can find them at any middle easter grocery store they are sold in a pack and it clearly says "Kuwaiti Spices" if you can't find them just put in more curry to your liking)
    Tilapia filet, 12 oz
