Ingredients

2 tbsp Sesame Oil
1.50 cup Peas and carrots, frozen
2 tbsp Soy sauce (shoyu), low sodium
2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
1.5 cup Snow Peas, fresh
1.25 cup Parboiled Rice - (cooked)
6 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, (chopped)
1 large Scallions, raw
1 tbsp Kikkoman Thai style chili sauce
3 tsp Horseradish Mustard
Tips
This dish is spicy because of the garlic/chili sauce.
Directions
In a small bowl mix the mustard, chili sauce, soy sauce and half of the sesame oil.
In a medium skillet heat 1 TBSP of sesame oil. Add snow peas, frozen peas and carrots, and green onion. Cook for several minutes, stirring frequently. Add cooked chicken and cooked rice to skillet and continue, stirring frequently, until well heated. Add the mustard/soy/chili sauce/oil mixture and stir until well mixed and thoroughly heated through. Push rice mixture aside, add beaten egg and scramble. When cooked through fold into the shrimp fried rice mixture.
Serve hot! Reheats well also.
