Ingredients

    Turkey Polish Sausage, 16 oz
    Goya Red Lentils, 1 cup dry
    Goya Lentils, 1 cup dry
    Goya Pardina Lentils, 1 cup dry
    Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) chopped
    Celery, raw, 2 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long)silced
    Tomato Paste, 1 can (6 oz)
    Garlic, 6 tsp chopped
    Chicken Broth, 3 cups
    Cooked Chicken Breast, no skin, 1 breast, bone and skin removed
    Cooked Chicken Thigh, 2 thigh, bone and skin removed
    Chili powder, 2 tbsp

Directions

Soak Lentils, then add all ingredients to crockpot and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
