Ingredients

2 cups (32 tbsp) White Chocolate Morsels
3 - 8 oz bricks of Nonfat Cream Cheese
3/4 cup (1 1/2 sticks) unsalted butter (room temperature)
2tsp fresh lemon rind
Directions
1. Beat the cream cheese until soft.
2. Melt the white chocolate and gradually beat it into the cream cheese.
3. Add the softened butter 2 tbsp at a time
4. Add the lemon rind and beat until the frosting reaches the desired texture
