Very easy crockpot port loin Very easy crockpot port loin
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    2 1/2 - 3 lbs of lean pork loin
    1 (8 ounce) can of tomato sauce
    1/2 cup Light soy sauce
    1/2 cup sugar substitute (feel free to use sugar/brown sugar but recalculate totals)
    1 Tablespoon spicy brown mustard

Directions

Makes 12 servings of a little order 3.5 ounces each.

Place pork in crockpot
Mix all other ingredients together then pour over pork
Cook 8 to 9 hours or until tender

Works well with a full pork roast as well, just cut in half.
