Ingredients

    1. 16 pieces chicken tenders
    2. 1 Tbsp olive oil
    3. 2 cloves garlic
    4. 1/2 tsp ground ginger
    5. 1/2 cup apple juice
    6. 2/3 cup firmly packed brown sugar
    7. 4 Tbsp catsup
    8. 2 Tbsp cider vinegar
    9. 1 cup water
    10. 1/3 cup soy lite soy sauce
    11. 2 tsp corn starch
    12. 2 Tbsp water

Directions

Cook chicken in oil until lightly browned. Remove from pan. Add #3 - #10 to pan. Heat over medium til disolved. Add chicken. Bring to a boil. Simmer 20 minutes. In small bowl combine corn starch & water then add to chicken just before serving to thicken. Server over rice (preferably brown :) )

    Very Good
    This was wonderful! I totally love it. DH is a bit picky and said it was OK - but he only loves something if it's steak. :-P

    I will be making this again. I made a veggie stir fry with brown rice to go with it and it was great - only thing im missing is a fortune cookie for dessert! LOL
