Ingredients

    2 skinless chicken breast
    1 green pepper
    1 onion
    1can mushrooms
    2 cups rice
    (add brocoli or other vegetables if desired)
    terioki or soy sauce
    water
    margerine (olive oil, or cooking spray)
    chicken seasoning
    season all
    (add spices to taste)

Directions

Fry chicken in skillet adding spices to taste, if meat starts to stick add water or soy sauce.
Sautee peppers, onion, and mushrooms in olive oil, margerine or cooking spray until tender and soft.
Fry rice in water and drippings off chicken for taste.
When all is done, divide onto two plates putting rice on bottom chicken in middle and peppers on top.
