Ingredients

    1 package of Jimmy Dean sausage
    8 large eggs

Directions

1. brown the sausage in a pan then drain.
2. Wipe majority of sausage grease out of pan and scramble eggs in same pan.
3. When eggs are still slightly runny, add sausage and mix while the eggs finish cooking.

Serve with toast or wrapped in tortilla shells.
