    1/2 C Egg beaters
    3/4 C fat free cottage cheese
    2 TBL flour
    vanilla, butter, or flavored extract of your choice, 1/4 tsp
    cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, spices of your choice- 1/4 tsp
    2 Splenda packets

Directions

Blend together, leaving a few "chunks" of cottage cheese.
Cook in hot griddle until set.
