Introduction

I found this recipe on the back of the box of the Old El Paso Soft Taco Bake Kit. I altered the recipe by changing a few ingredients. It called for salsa, kidney beans, and Monterrey Jack cheese. I used Fat Free Refried beans instead of the salsa and kidney beans. I found this recipe on the back of the box of the Old El Paso Soft Taco Bake Kit.
