Ingredients

2 30oz containers Frigo Fat Free Ricotta Cheese
3 medium bananas, ripe
4 tbsp PB2 Powdered Peanut Butter
6 packets Splenda (or sweetener of choice)
Directions
Mix all ingredients together in blender, adding up to 1/4 cup of water to make a pudding type consistency. Pour into serving bowls. Refrigerate or can freeze. Also good with a tbsp of low cal whipped cream and/or shavings of dark chocolate sprinkled on top. Makes approximately 6-7 1/2 cup servings.
