Introduction

A very low points dessert that is very yummy! A very low points dessert that is very yummy!
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    4 medium apples, cored and sliced 1/4" thick
    lemon juice (enought to keep apples from browning)
    2 tbsp brown sugar
    1 packet splenda (about 1 tsp)
    1 cup crushed graham crackers
    2 tbsp butter
    2 tsp ground cinnamon or to taste
    3/4 cups hot water

Directions

Preheat oven to 400F
Core and slice apples
Place in large bowl and sprinkle with lemon juice and cinnamon
Let sit while you crush:
1 package graham crackers--you want about 1 cup when finished
Melt butter
Place crushed graham crackers in another bowl
Add melted butter.
Mix until 'crumb' type topping is formed.
Place apples in a dutch oven or other oven safe dish.
Cover with graham cracker mix
Slowly pour water over mixture.
Bake in 400F oven for 20 minutes. Be careful not to over bake or graham crackers will burn.
Serves 6.
