Introduction
Here is my first recipe submission. This came out of a Healthy Cooking magazine. It was so easy to make and my husband and I loved it. In fact he said it tasted like "more," so I'm sure I'll be making it again.Just one issue came up when submitting it. There was a conflict between the nutritional values given in the recipe (based on 4 servings) and those calculated through SP. So I adjusted the number of servings on SP to bring values more in sync.
