Ingredients

    1 TBSP vegetable oil (not computed in nutritional value)
    4 skinless boneless chicken breast halves
    1 Can (10 oz) cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 C water
    Cooked Rice (3/4 = 1 serving)

Directions

1. Heat oil in large skillet. Add chicken and cook until brown on both sides and no longer pink. Remove from skillet
2. Stir soup and waer into skillet. Heat to boil. Return the chickent to skillet and reduce heat to low. Cover and cook until chicken is thoroughly cooked.

    Added broccoli and coarsely chopped red onions for added veggies. Reduced soup using low sodium chicken broth and chardonnay (any dry white wine will do).. YUM! :-) - 2/1/11

    Looked a little bland for my spicy eaters. Added crushed red peppers and half of an onion. Will serve with brown rice for added fiber - 8/13/10

    Very Good
    I added fresh mushroom, water chesnuts, garlic, and fresh onion. My mom used to make this when I was younger. Always been a favorite! - 4/9/13
