Added broccoli and coarsely chopped red onions for added veggies. Reduced soup using low sodium chicken broth and chardonnay (any dry white wine will do).. YUM! :-)
Looked a little bland for my spicy eaters. Added crushed red peppers and half of an onion. Will serve with brown rice for added fiber
