Introduction

No oil... I use this on Veggie Slaw. No oil... I use this on Veggie Slaw.

Ingredients

    2 Lemons-Squeezed
    2 Garlic Cloves-pressed
    1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
    2 Tablespoons Honey
    1 Tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar
    1 Cup Water
    1 teaspoon Salt (optional)
    1 teaspoon Basil-dried
    1 teaspoon Tarragon-dried
    1/2 teaspoon of your favorite herb mix (I blend all my favs together)

Directions

Mix all in blender. Very watery... shake well before using. Makes 2 Cups or apx 32 Tablespoons. One serving=2 Tablespoons.

You can also add about 10 cherry tomatoes for a nice change.
