Ingredients

    Filling:
    - 1/2 cup splenda
    - 3 tbsp whole wheat flour
    - 1 tsp orange peel, grated
    - 3/4 tsp lemon juice
    - 4 cups apples, diced
    - 1 cup blueberries
    - 1 cup rhubarb, diced

    Topping:
    - 2/3 cup rolled oats
    - 1/3 cup Splenda brown sugar blend
    - 1/4 cup whole wheat flour
    - 2 tsp cinnamon, ground
    - 1 tbsp unsweetened apple sauce
    - 1 tsp olive oil

Directions

Filling:
- Mix splenda, flour and lemon peel
- add fruit and juice
- spoon the mix in the baking dish

Topping:
- mix oats, Splenda brown sugar blend, flour
and cinnamon
- add applesauce and olive oil
- crumble mixture over filling

Bake for 40-50 minutes at 375°F until filling is bubbly and topping is slightly browned.
