I use this recipe to drizzle over sliced apples. I don't know what a serving size is - the recipe is 2500 calories total, so depending how much you use, you can make the conversion. Ingredients

    1 1/4 c. light brown sugar
    2/3 c. light corn syrup
    2/3 c. whipping cream
    1/2 stick unsalted butter
    1/8 tsp salt

Directions

Combine ingredients in medium saucepan. Stir over low heat until sugar dissolves (approx 4 minutes). Increase heat to medium, boil without stirring until mixture reaches 238 degrees F (softball stage) approx. 11 minutes. Remove from heat and cool.
