Introduction

Ingredients

    1lb ground turkey
    1 can of diced tomatoes
    2 tsp of Iodizez Salt
    2 tbsp of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    1 small onion
    1 green pepper

Directions

In a saute pan sprinkle olive oil and place on low-med heat. Once warm add 1 diced onion (small onion) and 1diced green peppers (small green pepper) let cook for 5 minutes. Then add 1 lb of ground turkey, break apart meat and add salt. Continue to toss around until meat is thoroughly cooked. Then add a can of diced tomatoes. Mix and cover for 5 minutes until sauce is beginning to roll (boil). Finally enjoy your turkey picadillo over rice or salad...
