Ingredients

Heart Smart Bisquick,.1cup
water, .5 to .75 cup (start with .5, if more is needed, add in slowly)
Stewed diced Tomatoes, drained, 1 can.
Mushrooms, fresh, 1.5 cup, slices
fat free cream cheese, softened, 8 oz
Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
italian seasoning (dried, commercially prepared), 2 tbsp
Garlic, minced, 4 tsp
green, red, or yellow bell peppers ,1 cup, diced
Flavorful Italian Cheese of choice, reduced fat, .5 cup
8 cups mixed salad greens.
8 tbsp fat free balsamic vinaigrette salad dressing.
4 bottles chilled diet snapple iced tea.
Directions
Use a flavorful (low fat) cheese on this to compliment the flavor of the herbs. Try feta, parmesan, or asiago. Mozzarella also works well (recipe is calculated using crumbled feta). You can also replace the dried herbs in the italian seasoning with fresh basil, rosemary, and sage, if you want to. YUMMY!
*preheat oven to 400 degrees f.
mix water and baking mix together in a bowl until blended. Press into the bottom of a large tart dish that has been sprayed lightly with 0 calorie light cooking spray. Bake in oven for 5 minutes, remove from oven, and set aside to cool slightly.
*While crust is baking, mix softened cream cheese, 1 tbsp. italian seasoning, and chopped garlic together in a small bowl until well blended. Set aside.
*While crust is cooling down a bit, chop up veggies, and drain tomatoes of excess liquid, then microwave them in a glass bowl for about 2 minutes, to soften. Drain excess liquid. Set aside to cool.
*When crust has cooled, but is still warm to the touch, spread cream cheese mixture evenly on top. Spread mixed veggies evenly on top of cream cheese mixture. Sprinkle remaining 1 tbsp of italian seasoning on top of veggies, and sprinkle .5 cup of italian cheese on top of everything.
*Return to oven and bake for another 20 minutes, or until crust is done, veggies are soft, and cheese is melted.
*Cut tart into 8 equal wedges using a pizza cutter, each serving= 2 wedges. Serve each portion with 2 cups mixed salad greens, 2 tbsp vinaigrette, and low calorie iced tea. ENJOY!
