Ingredients

2 cups Trader Joe's Low Fat Granola With Almonds
1 cup Old-Fashioned Quaker Oats
.5 cup Craisins
.5 cup ground flax meal
.25 cup unsweetened apple sauce
.5 cup Trader Joe's Creamy Unsalted Almond Butter
2 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon baking powder
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and grease a 9x9 glass baking dish.
Microwave almond butter for 30 seconds until very liquidy. Mix all ingredients in a bowl until thoroughly combined. Pour into baking dish and press down until packed.
Bake for 15 minutes or until edges are brown. It is hard to cut while hot, so let it cool first.
I yielded 16 equal-sized bars.
